CHROME PLATING
Restoring chrome on vintage car an motorcycle parts
Water Jet/Laser Cutting
We cut metal, polymer, wood, plywood, glass and ceramics, up to 50mm thickness, 3000x1000 sheets
Machining
Cutting with band and disc cutters, up to 50°
Metal turning, up to 1500mm in length
Milling on CNC machine centers in range of 600x400x400mm and on vertical and horizontal milling machines
Grinding
Surface treatment by grinding pipes with a diameter range of ø10 to ø100mm
Surface treatment by grinding surfaces up to 1000mm in width
Surface polish for galvanic coatings such as chrome, nickel, copper
Powder Coating
Application of thermoset coatings in the form of powder paints, with oven load up to 3900x1180x1800mm, temperature up to 240°C
